Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Frau LLC, a limited liability company organized in Nebraska, United States ("we", "us", "our") handles information collected through Iron Directive ("the App"). This Policy applies to your download, access, and/or use of the App, whether on your computer or a mobile device. The App is designed to run without requiring a player account or personal profile to play. Gameplay progress is stored locally on your device. Optional services such as in-app purchases, rewarded ads, Apple Game Center, and Google Play Games Services may process limited device or platform information to provide those features.

Frau LLC does not run a player account system, does not store personal profiles on our servers, and does not store payment card numbers.

1) Information We Collect

Iron Directive does not ask for your name, address, phone number, or other personal profile details to play. The App may process the following:

  • Local gameplay data stored on your device (for example, mission progress, boosters inventory, settings, and local save state).
  • Game platform data (optional) through Apple GameKit / Game Center and, on Android where enabled, Google Play Games Services for leaderboards and achievements. The App may receive a platform player identifier needed to submit scores or achievements, but we do not store or log your display name as part of a developer-run player profile.
  • Purchase platform data through Apple StoreKit and/or Google Play Billing (for example, confirmation that an in-app purchase occurred, eligibility to restore or recover a purchase where applicable, and purchase status returned by the platform).
  • Limited server-side purchase verification and support records when needed to verify purchases, prevent fraud, investigate missing-item reports, process purchase recovery, or respond to platform refund or void events. These records may include purchase token, order ID when available, product ID, purchase state, entitlement state, timestamps, and related technical diagnostics. We do not store payment card numbers.
  • Advertising data via Google AdMob (rewarded ads), which may include device identifiers and usage signals used for ad delivery, measurement, consent handling, and fraud prevention.
  • Support messages if you contact us through Iron Directive Support or [email protected] (for example, the contact details and information you choose to include in your request).
  • Basic diagnostics (for example crash or bug signals) if enabled by the platform or third-party services.

2) How We Use Information

Frau LLC uses information only to provide the core features of the App and related support:

  • Save and load your game progress locally on your device.
  • Deliver purchased items, verify purchases, recover stuck purchases where applicable, and restore platform-linked purchases when supported.
  • Maintain limited purchase-support records so we can investigate reports such as "I paid but did not receive my Intel."
  • Show rewarded ads and grant in-game rewards.
  • Submit Game Center and/or Google Play Games leaderboard scores and achievements when those features are enabled.
  • Improve reliability, investigate fraud or abuse, and fix bugs.

No developer-run user profiling or marketing profiles.

3) Sharing

Frau LLC does not sell your information. We may share limited data only with service providers or platforms required to run key features, such as:

  • Apple — StoreKit (payments and purchase handling) and Game Center/GameKit (leaderboards and achievements).
  • Google — Google Play Billing (payments and purchase handling), Google Play Games Services (leaderboards and achievements where enabled), and Google AdMob (rewarded ad delivery, consent handling, and measurement).
  • Our hosting / infrastructure providers — limited server-side processing used to verify purchases, store purchase-support records, and operate support tools.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their data practices:
Apple: Apple Privacy Policy
Google: Google Privacy Policy

4) GDPR Lawful Basis

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the lawful basis for each category of processing is as follows:

  • Advertising data (Google AdMob): Consent — you may accept or decline personalized ads via the in-app prompt; consent may be withdrawn at any time via App privacy settings.
  • Purchase verification and support records: Legitimate interests — fraud prevention and fulfillment of purchase obligations.
  • Game Center / Google Play Games platform identifiers: Performance of a contract — delivering the platform feature you opted into.
  • Crash and diagnostic signals: Legitimate interests — service reliability and bug resolution.
  • Support messages: Legitimate interests — responding to your support requests.

You may withdraw consent for advertising at any time via the privacy settings in the App where available.

5) Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. By accessing or using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. Frau LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

For users in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland who are below the "digital consent" age in their country (between 13 and 16), the App should be used only with permission from a parent or guardian, especially for features that may involve third-party processing such as ads or Game Center.

If you believe a child has provided personal data to a third-party provider through the App, please contact us at [email protected] and we will review the request and, where reasonably possible, assist.

6) Data Retention

The App stores gameplay progress locally on your device. Game Center and Google Play Games achievements or leaderboards are stored and managed by the relevant platform when enabled. Purchase and ad-related events may be processed by Apple and Google systems as needed to deliver services.

In addition, Frau LLC may retain limited server-side purchase verification and support records for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver purchased items, investigate fraud or abuse, respond to platform refund or void events, resolve support requests, comply with legal obligations, or maintain accurate business records.

You can remove local game data by uninstalling the App. Platform records and limited server-side purchase-support records may remain for the periods required by the relevant platform, law, fraud prevention needs, or support operations.

7) Your Choices

  • You may limit ad tracking and personalized ads in your device settings where supported.
  • EEA/UK/Switzerland, certain U.S. states, and other supported regions: you may be shown an in-app privacy or consent prompt related to personalized ads or advertising-related privacy choices, and you can review or update those choices where available.
  • You may sign out of or disable Game Center and/or Google Play Games Services in your platform settings if you do not want leaderboards or achievements.
  • You can delete local app data by uninstalling the App.
  • You may contact us through Iron Directive Support or [email protected] if you have a purchase-support or privacy question.

8) Your Rights: EEA, UK, and Switzerland

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have the following rights regarding personal data processed about you:

  • Right to Access
  • Right to Rectification
  • Right to Erasure
  • Right to Restriction
  • Right to Data Portability
  • Right to Object
  • Right to Withdraw Consent

Because personal data often flows through Apple and Google rather than directly through a developer-run player account system, many of these rights may need to be exercised through Apple’s and Google’s privacy portals. You may also contact us and we will explain what data we control and what options are available.

9) U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California and certain other U.S. states with applicable privacy laws may have privacy rights regarding personal information processed in connection with the App. Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, these rights may include:

  • Right to Know
  • Right to Delete
  • Right to Correct
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
  • Right to Non-Discrimination

Where available, you may exercise applicable privacy choices through the in-app Privacy Choices flow in the App Settings.

10) Platform Disclosures

Our app-store disclosures, including any Apple App Store privacy disclosures and Google Play Data safety disclosures, are intended to reflect the information described in this Policy. Platform disclosures may summarize categories differently from this page because Apple and Google use their own reporting formats.

12) Updates

Frau LLC may update this Policy to reflect product changes, platform integrations, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
